What’s New With Enscape 4.0?

The new version of Enscape is here! Enscape 4.0 includes a suite of features aimed at improving the detail and efficiency of your renderings.

With these enhancements and more, Enscape 4.0 is set to revolutionize architectural visualisation. Follow along as we explore how each new feature can be integrated into your workflow and help you present your designs in their best light.

What is Enscape?

Enscape is a real-time rendering and virtual reality plugin. It integrates seamlessly with popular architectural design software like Revit, SketchUp, and Rhino enabling architects and designers to create photorealistic visuals of their 3D models quickly and efficiently.

Users can walk through their designed spaces as they work on them, making adjustments and seeing the results instantly. Enscape also helps designers give virtual tours to stakeholders who might struggle to see how a space comes alive from a stationary model. Pair this with a VR headset, and you have an unforgettable experience for your clients.

Enscape also includes a wide array of rendering options, from detailed lighting scenarios to realistic textures and materials, all of which enhance the visual appeal and clarity of architectural projects.

What’s New In Enscape 4.0?

Animated Vegetation Assets

Bring your designs to life with 178 glorious animated vegetation assets. The collection features popular trees, bushes and flowers from around the world, so you can match the plantation to the building’s location. Each plant has a satisfying sway that can really bring a project to life.

Unique People Assets

32 new people assets have been added to the Enscape library. Each person has different poses, outfits, and accessories to help clients visualise their target audience using the space.

NVIDIA Denoiser for capture exports

The NVIDIA Denoiser helps to sharpen glossy surfaces and remove noise images, mono-panoramas and video renderings.

New VR Headset Support

Enscape 4.0 officially supports two new virtual reality (VR) head-mounted displays: Meta Quest 3 and HTC Vive Pro 2. This support brings quicker loading speeds and crisper graphics.

Chaos Interoperability

The new V-Ray Scene Exporter allows you to transfer key data from Enscape to V-Ray and other design applications, including 3DS Max and Cinema 4D. This helps to enhance the workflow between these key products, helping to speed up the design process.
