SOLIDWORKS Collaboration

August Webinars for 3DEXPERIENCE and SOLIDWORKS

24th August – 10:00am BST
Key Examples of External Collaboration with 3DEXPERIENCE Works

During this webinar, 3DEXPERIENCE experts will walk you through 3 levels of collaboration with external stakeholders. These include:

  • Share and Markup – Share your 3D designs with anyone directly from SOLIDWORKS. Getting real-time feedback and iterating on your work is as easy as sharing a link.
  • SOLIDWORKS Design Exchange Utility – Exchange SOLIDWORKS data in a controlled manner with non-3DEXPERIENCE users. Merge changes back in 3DEXPERIENCE platform without hassle.
  • Collaborating fully in 3DEXPERIENCE – Formally collaborate together in a secure and accessible environment whilst maintaining a single source of truth.

Hosted by Francesco Oorthuizen and Nicholas Hopwood.

Understand the Fluid Flow of Liquids and Gases

Understanding the fluid flow of liquids and gases or thermal managements are hard to predict and often requires measurements from physical prototypes.

SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation is an intuitive Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) solution embedded within SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD, where users can setup and run fluid scenarios and quickly see accurate results on your models.

SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation is also a general parametric flow simulation tool that uses the Finite Volume Method (FVM) to calculate product performance through “what if” studies that allow you to perform optimisation using the results.

Hosted by Mattias Robertsson.
